Palm oil is high in saturated fat, which can increase the risk of heart disease if consumed in excessive amounts. On the other hand, sunflower oil is a healthier alternative to palm oil. It is high in monounsaturated fat, which can help reduce the risk of heart disease.

Lay’s potato chips are the most favourite among all the brands making it a leader in today’s consumer market. The fact that the brand receiving backlash over its unhealthy ingredients is making it lose the massive demand for its most premium product range.
